Sunceco has been trusted by an investor to build a solar power plant with a battery energy storage and charging stations for electric vehicles. The battery storage was crucial in sizing the photovoltaic system due to frequent power outages in the city grid in this area. Due to the instability of the network power supply, the battery energy storage as a backup power supply in the event of a power outage was necessary for the investor for the smooth operation of the hotel. The battery tank has a total capacity of 280 kWh and the hybrid inverters have total power of 200 kW.
Due to the position of the hotel, it is exposed to strong winds. Therefore, special attention has been paid to the  construction of the mounting system for the solar panels. The works are divided in two phases: 18 kWp on the roof of the hotel and 40 kWp on the solar parking carport. The monitoring of the power plant takes place through an online platform:
